These look great! I’m not usually a huge pumpkin fan but my husband is head over heels in love with it. I may just have to make these as a special Thanksgiving dessert treat for him this weekend. I’ll be honest, I’ve never considered baking cookies with pumpkin before… I’m not sure why, it just never crossed my mind lol Likely due to the fact I don’t usually eat pumpkin goods.

These look so good! I’ve actually been putting together a list of recipes I want to make this fall season. I’ll add this to my list. My girls will love this so much. We bake together, and just have a nice time! I recently made some apple cider. I added in a few spices, sliced oranges, and it turned out wonderful. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

These cookies look so delicious and perfect for the upcoming fall season. Looks like a recipe that’s simple enough to follow, and I love that they bake for 11 minutes only! That means you don’t have to wait as long as you would with a traditional cake.
