We the Bengali community in India love mustard and use ground mustard paste for many of our fish and veg dishes. Mustard sauce is a favorite of all too. Cranberry Mustard sounds interesting to make at home.

Oh, that’s such an interesting combination! I’ve never heard of this before. I have a friend who loves all things mustards – I will have to try making this for her. Thankfully, I just recently was gifted a food processor! It’ll be smooth sailing.

I’ve never tried cranberry mustard before, but it sounds incredible. I love all things with cranberry, so I am ALL OVER adding this to my must-try list for this holiday season. I bet it would add some great taste to things year round. I just picture it on a veggie burger with fresh spinach in the summer. Delicious!

In reply to Stephanie S. The brown (whole grain) mustard seeds give it a little zesty kick, but I love that about whole grain mustard. The cranberry sauce adds a sweetness to it though, and it is a lot more balanced than I had originally expected.

Very interesting! I have never made anything like this before, and I’d so be willing to give it a try. I’m that person that I love trying out new recipes. I wouldn’t be able to make the full recipe since I have picky eaters in my home, and they don’t seem to enjoy mustard. But, I would definitely give this a try if someone offered me some after they prepared it. How is the flavor of this? I think the combination is interesting. Is it a little zesty, and sweet?

I'm trying to imagine how this one tastes like, but honestly - I have no idea :-). Sounds so interesting, though. And I agree - homamade scratch cooking is the best!

I haven’t heard of cranberry mustard before but it sounds like an interesting flavour combination. I’ll try it on cold turkey like you recommend.
